In North Carolina, reckless driving is any speeding ticket 15 mph over the limit, or 10 mph above the maximum allowed 80 mph. Virginia and Arizona are reckless at 20 mph over limit, also 10 over the maximum allowed (VA max 70 AZ max 75).

But do those states routinely require a driver
charged with reckless driving to
plead guilty to reckless driving? Or are pleas to lesser "speeding" charges offered for disposition purposes?
