The US Diners Club card does have a miles program, and I believe they permit conversion of a certain number of miles/points a year from one program to another. However, I cannot confirm this 100%. Unlike the Canadian version of Diners which deposits earnings directly into Aeroplan as miles, the US one bank points like Amex's MembershipRewards, and these points can be deposited into several different FF programs. Once a year they have bonus transfers and other promos.
