I'm looking at a decent deal SHA-PVG-CPH-HAM in Z but the ita matrix doesn't tell me exactly how many miles I am going to get. is code Z 100%? 150%? something else?

also: I cannot see any R or I classes (SK 996 on may 31) —.I assume these would be discounted business tickets. is it worth holding out or should I go for Z?
