Wow, thank you! I pulled up a sample itinerary on their website and I see that I can actually use AA to connect in Chicago....will have to check to see if I get charged additional miles for that. Another excellent option!

And thanks for the discussion/commentary about connecting economy/business LH. Sounds like there really isn't a clear answer!
