Have you considered Air Berlin from JFK-TXL-AUH? You can book with Avios and pay none or very little in surcharges. Also IIRC you'd get a chauffeur service included for free to take you from Abu Dhabi to Dubai( one hour or so by road) . Avios needed isn't so high either as Berlin to Abu Dhabi is only 25k for business.
