I booked a flight on Air Canada. Now, according to yesterday's press release, the flight will be on a Rogue aircraft. Do they have the right to put me on any flight/operator they wish?

FB team say the flight is on AC. Their own press release says otherwise. They want me to wait until the change is made to their systems. I can't wait until the last minute as my trip is already planned.

my only complaint is that they are not providing me with the service that i paid for. if i'm going to fly a low cost airline, then it should be low cost.

on another note, i cannot wait for 2-3 hours on my phone for customer service. their call back system is not kicking in, i.e. it's not asking me if i want a call back. facebook and twitter teams are powerless lip service. i can't get through using skype or google voice. are there any other communication options left?

What a bunch of whinees; Seriously;

I booked an AC flight from YYZ-YOW on AC; flight was downgauged (rather then being canceled) to QK (E90->CRJ); where is my compensation...
