yea, that can be annoying! I have to use a horrible corporate interface called Concur which presumable goes into SWABiz to book stuff. I can't modify anything online with the PNR but can cancel entirely and use the resulting funds as I wish. Don't understand the point of that one if the intent is to defer fraud...
