Not much in Ramsgate near the station however the Jolly Farmer pub in Manston village is about a 1/2 mile from the airport terminal. Although the road does not have any pavements/sidewalks until Manston village.

If you are taking the cross country train then you could try taking a taxi to Minster village (about 2.5 miles) which has 3 good pubs serving food, some restaurants/food outlets as well. The cross country train stops at Minster so you could stroll from the pub to the station and not bother with Ramsgate! FYI the High Speed train to St. Pancras don't stop there so don't go there if your booked on that service.
