I read on some earlier posts where someone had found Z First Class Award space on Expert Flyer, however the AS website as well as the AS Phone agent was not able to see the Z EK award space and had the AS Agent message EK if Z space was available and the response was quick from EK that award space was available and the AS Agent was able to issue the EK Z first class award, has anyone tried this recently and ask the AS Agent to message EK if Z space was available?.
