If I select Tango or Flex fares, there are no aisle seats available in coach. However, if I select Latitude, the first seven rows of coach (not premium econ) are virtually empty.

So, my question is: Does AC release those empty "latitude economy seats" (assuming there are at least a few that stay empty) to the public before the flight? At t-24? Or not?

Thanks.
Those forward rows open up to non-status members and non-Latitude tickets (basically everyone) at check-in.
