I've just read several articles that I could pay rent for "free" using Amazon Payments via a credit card every month for less than $1,000 per month. I am thinking of doing this as a way to rack up extra cashback or frequent flyer miles, but I am concerned that a credit card company (such as Chase or Citi) could flag this as "manufactured" spending in some way or form and risk closing my accounts?
