Sautéed chicken breast with onions and garlic then lemon and spices added. Garlic roasted potatoes with herbs that I just threw in with the chicken to get the juice.
The other pot had a mixture of mushrooms in garlic and roasted onions with herbs.
Have to say, had great morel mushrooms at a resto last night, they tasted sublime. Today found some at my local veggie place, but those commercially grown mushrooms have zero taste. It was good that the other kinds gave it a bit of a zest.
