I guess you haven't made the DST switch?

It's was an initial failure because you need to login to see what's available. That's not apparent at first. Then, it is a bigger failure because SPG has not opened up any availability at any of their properties, so that people can have a place to stay during the games. These hotels were blocked off years in advanced and there was no change to availability ever since. In short, it's cruel. They're basically saying: "Hey, we're selling tickets to the World Cup, but sleep on the streets."
Further, I care because my plan (as a Brasileiro) was to go to Brasil for the Copa. I didn't care if the rooms were $300,-+/night. Unfortunately, these rooms were never available for visitors to book. Worse, there is no plan to add additional hotels to any of these cities in time for the Olympics. At this point, it doesn't matter how plentiful the tickets are; they're still very much available from FIFA. The complete lack of accommodations (even hostels) will keep millions of people away from Brasil for both events, which goes against the hopes/expectations that the government had pinned on these events.
