Well certainly I can redeem one way on Star Alliance, I just called the United Office in UK, and was offered a from London back to Delhi for 25000 miles, I have 33000 on the card so thats that then


But for coming out, I want to try and do same with my Sky Team korean card.

I called Korean Air office in London and pressed various buttons to go through various menus and then was on hold for 6 minutes before I gave up (when I called United I got straight through on one key press).

So I am none the wiser, Sky Team / Korean Air, what a useless lot
