Good to know. We flew CX into YVR then on to PDX on AS and it was a breeze. Showed me a picture of our luggage but didn't have to claim it and recheck.
Had a while to burn in the lounge before

On another note not sure you can get a bigger difference from CX first to last row on a Q400.
