I live in Ontario (Kitchener/Waterloo, 1 hour from Toronto)
been to Toronto enough, Chicago/Washington DC as tourists a few times

Yes, I'd skip Toronto and focus on Chicago & DC only
I look forward to go back to DC, then Chicago, but not so much Toronto :P
