Hunt for those with only a name of "Zia" in India, Pakistan and Afghanistan. It's a rather frequently occurring name and a name that is used by those who come from families with mononymic traditions. You may even have some luck with female names in the region, although three-letter female names are less common than the three letter male ones there when it comes to mononymic females in those areas.
