I was offered 5k miles if I spent $1k in 90 days. Annual fee was still $89.

I haven't spent on the card since last summer when I was given the targeted offer of $750 spent in three consecutive months (I think I'm remembering the offer correctly).

I think I'll just reapply for the card in a month or two.
