I would say the best lounge in the sky-team area in HK is Air France. Good selection of foods. Being an Emerald also means a decent selection of Chinese/Taiwanese food in the CI lounge.

Korean lounge is a bit basic apart from their nice Seafood dumplings (When available) i could not see anything better than CI's lounge and much smaller and older.
