Was thinking of the FS or Bristol but there is no pool access for outside guest. (Same with the MO and don't believe they give free time in the suite there).

The raffles Royal Monceau does offer pool access for Euro 50 extra but believe their duo cabin doesn't have steam nor hot tub.

Any idea of a spa in Paris with pool access and with duo room with steam/sauna/hot tub ?

The Shangri-la appears to have a very nice pool.

Of course, the problem of pool access could always be solved by booking a room for the night at FS George V or Bristol...
