Expedia is showing 18 J&K open, so they might have already moved you to better seats.

I could understand (almost) if it had been a J / K assignment in the same row, but it was rows 17, 18 and 19 with 17J, 19J and 18 K making it almost impossible to monitor the wean
no matter how we configured the seating between us.
I have moved us into centre seating so you are correct that the original allocated seats should now be free.
I just feel its a shame that check-in staff or the on board crew would have ended up with unnecessary additional work to rearrange seating. We don't travel often enough to maintain status, although currently bronze I will lose this and be back to blue in a few weeks
