I discovered this credit card game and I started applying for offers. I got approved for every offer I applied for. But now I am being denied because I got a letter saying I've applied for too many cards within a short time frame. What is the time limit people generally wait to apply for new cards, especially for a newb to this game?

FWIW, I have excellent credit and never paid a bill late in my entire life.
