I just got the 2014 FHR book today via US mail. Didn't request it, and haven't requested it since 2012. (It's significantly bigger than the 2012 version.) I prefer having the book for reference anyway so I appreciated finding it in the mailbox. The dining program is now listed in the book (with all of the restaurants listed a/o September 2013) and there was a separate insert for IAP.
