We are staying at the Marriott Marco Island in early April on points. I am Gold FWIW and this is our first time to this property. My reservation says I have a "tropical view" room.

Any idea what this really means? Will it be a decent room? If I lean way out on the balcony and strain my neck is there any change I might get a slim view of the Gulf? It's hard to know what to expect as so many hotels use descriptions which soften the harsh reality. Any chance of an upgrade?

Any experience with the $150/day rental of the chickee huts?
