Yes there is a cell phone lot at Newark Airport. I parked in it today. If you are going north on the turnpike and exit at 13A the lot is before the long term parking on the right. The signage is small but visible. Its a great location; easy to get to and a minute from the terminal. Its much safer than parking along the roadway. I think a lot of people miss it because the sign is small.
