The seating chart for my flight on AA 996 ( a 777-300)doesn't show MCE seats, even though I am logged in as a platinum.

The chart starts out with row 20. The agent's computer did not show MCE either. It doesn't matter what date you choose. But seat guru shows the MCE.

Does anyone know why these rows of seats do not show up?
