Lifemiles shouldn't be much of a problem. They regularly sell miles for 0.015 per mile and you can book awards if you have 40% of the miles you need in your account (the rest can then also be bought). So you should be able to book an award with what you have....

Such a small amount with M&M is practically useless, better forget those or buy something way overpriced in the Worldshop.
