For some reason I've ended up with three miles programmes within Star Alliance:
- Miles and More: the only one I originally had from *A carriers
- Mileage Plus: inherited from my Continental membership prior to merger with UA
- LifeMiles: because I used to fly Avianca way before it entered *A.

I would like to get rid of MM and LM and only keep M+, simply because it's the only one where I find availability at reasonable redeeming power (and without paying crazy tax and fees, unlike MM).

I do still have some miles left on my MM and LM accounts though. Can anyone suggest ways to tranfer miles from Miles and More and LifeMiles to Mileage Plus?
