It will probably only be some randon dates.I am pretty sure thats not the norm,unless HI elysee is overbooked on dates u checkd{probably the reason for higher prices}
Last time i was looking for hotels in Paris,IC Le grande was almost double at the prime season times as compared to HI champs elysees on almost all of the dates.
