I worked Expedia for a couple dozen $50 BRG Coupons. You used to be able to cancel the room after snagging the $50. They made it such a pain in the *ss, hoping you'll give up and hang up now. Only 3 claims/calendar month too. For it to work - room descriptions have to match, price has to be in the same currency, book 1 nite a time, stay on the line and be firm and insistent, and only book refundable rooms. I've given up on it. More $$ than time these days.
