Ask AA Customer Relations for compensation or at least let them know of your flight experience. Four hours late is one issue, poor IFE and inflight experience is another.
Like all new things, there are kinks. There are only 15 of these aircraft in operation, employees are all still in learning mode as well.
I'm not a fan of the A3XX aircraft overall....call me Old Fashioned, as the B762 is like riding in an 80's Cadillac; roomy and comfortable, but not perfect.
