Transfer Points to Someone Else's Account?
I am trying to help my parents book an Amtrak trip with a bedroom or roomette for this summer. It looks like they will need 60,000 points for it.

If I have my mom sign up for CSP (45k) and my dad sign up for the Amtrak card (12k), can my mom then transfer her points to his Amtrak account? Or for that matter, could I transfer some of mine to either of their accounts?
