The lines are never that long at immigration. The best time I ever did on an international flight to get off the plane, walk to immigration, go through immigration. take train to main area, pick-up luggage, wait in taxi line and get on taxi: all in 30 minutes. Mostly takes about one hour. Not sure where one save time with any kind of VIP service.
I did use a VIP service once on a domestic flight. They retrieved the luggage while we were having a drink in a lounge. But I would not pay much for this.
If you can be from the plane to the curb in under 5 minutes, and your luggage follows you in a separate car, you will save quite a bit of time.
