What UA needs to do is to set a standard for how long aircraft flies without IFE. Then again, we shouldn't care about this either. The KPI that we really care about is what percentage of the fleet is flying without IFE and whether that number is going down quickly enough.

I would call that a rather broad timetable that they gave themselves and the 739s aren't even mentioned. And there will be many more 739s coming online this year
