But maybe they realize UA Insider isn't a real poster, but a PR machine, posting only press releases and then disappearing. Some may know a name of one of the Insiders, but I suggest you simply review his/her posts. They are ads, and never do they answer even the most basic question or address any issues. That's less helpful than simply annoying.
I have read many reports of UA Insider getting personally involved (via PM) to assist FT'ers with questions or issues. I also appreciate the communications they share here, often before they share it publicly.
If I were UA or UA Insider, I would question the value of investing a resource to this community with the current tone and tenor here.
Reassign them to the Twitter or Facebook teams, where their communications and help are appreciated, and not attacked.
