25.5" long means you could only use it in checked luggage (and a big piece of checked luggage at that). You would definitely want to consider other sizes.

I prefer the idea of a hollow tube to that of a bag, but unfortunately I don't think I'd buy this for $20-30. You can get a foam roller for rolling out sore muscles (great when traveling) that has a hollow center and could easily be used to roll clothes for the same price.
