Was on 77 yesterday and had seat allocated in 27 A/B for the wife and I.
All 4 exit row seats were showing available on line and asked at check in if they could be allocated with out the $90 fee due to being so close to boarding with that i was told no unless i paid. I then asked in the lounge and was told we would be wait listed with confirmation 1 hour before departure. In the end we were allocated 44 J/K at no charge. 44 A was taken although B sat empty.
the whole 4 bulkhead seats were empty at takeoff with one PAX moving into there post takeoff to them be sent back to her allocated seat with the reason of this area is used for PAX cross over toilet access.
Flight was around 85% loaded so a few spare seats, cabin crew okay, Lounge staff excellent as usual last but not least our check in lady was terrible just going through the motions in a robotic manner.
