The curse of a call centre, Beardy Air get my vote for the most useless, all they seem to do is look at the website and read it to you !

I have always had excellent service from the BA call centres, even when my request couldn't be done, they were informative as to why not ....even if the wait for a person on the other end to answer was tedious.
