Offer of a $120 credit to your Primus Canada long distance account when you sign up. Primus also has a generous sign-up bonus for Aeroplan and also Airmiles. A mailing I received today offers an extra 50 Airmiles when you pay with a Bank of Montreal Airmiles Mastercard.

(Actually good rates, too. 10 cents/minute to call Germany, UK, Hong Kong and a bunch of other overseas destinations).
