Just called GS. The agent looked at the PNR and said she was getting the same message. I asked if the record was not synced properly and she said, no, that was not the problem.
Incredibly, she said she could only suggest that I head to the airport early for check-in because she was assuming the entire online check-in system was down.
I miss my old United who had competent systems and agents.... I am certainly not bashing CO, because I miss my old CO equally as much....
