You could easily squeeze in a daytime return from CPT to LHR, and I remember they did that many years ago when they had two flights to CPT.
Very similar situation at EZE. The vast majority of flights from the US arrive in the early morning and don't leave till late evening. They get towed away to a remote part of the airfield and do nothing for 14+ hours before being towed back to depart late.
