As this is a leisure route, and Y is filled to the brim, I'd much rather spend 11 hours flying in daylight hours, than suffering a sleepless night.
It's not an exclusively leisure route, and the business and premium passengers are the ones who are in general making BA the profits. And they're the ones who want to sleep on the flat beds that have been kindly provided for that purpose instead of wasting a day flying.
