Something new? Unable to check-in online for a domestic itinerary
I get the email about checking in for my flights tomorrow to HNL and dutifully click through just to get the message "Your itinerary is not eligible for united.com check-in. Please proceed to the airport for assistance." Use a different browser and log in, go to my itineraries and same thing happens.
I'm used to this happening to my international itineraries all the time, but this is a first for a simple domestic roundtrip. Is this happening to anyone else?
Sigh.... The pleasures of using UA's less-than-robust IT systems....
