You'll find that 2x one way is actually the preferred method for just about everybody here thanks to the better flexibility that it offers. Unless Southwest gets away from pricing everything as one ways (charging significantly less for a roundtrip vs. 2x one ways the way legacies do on routes that don't have LCC competition) then there are very few reasons to do roundtrips.
