I can't answer your question but I was there in September last year and would recommend having back up plans for your activities.
Most days the boats for whale watching and cage diving were not operating due to weather. Similarly Table Mountain was fog bound on many days.
Depending on your preferences, there's plenty of other stuff to do but just be prepared to change your plans when you wake up and look out the window.
