Ikea has a nice cheap set for $6.99 (with their free Family membership), called UPPTÄCKA. You get a set of 4 of varying sizes, including a shoe bag. I bought them as a test to see if I would use them without investing a lot of money and I love them so much, I bought a second set recently.
