It's hard to imagine AC can make money on YYZ-CLE. I have flown through CLE a bunch of times, but only because it was cheaper/more convenient then the usual ORD or IAD connection thanks to UA oversupply. I don't blame them for bailing on using CLE as a hub - never made any sense.
