Maybe a BOS native?
One of my NYC friends had told me about going up to someone in a BOS bar and saying hello. The response was a haughty, "Do I
know you?"
Ouch.
The same thought crossed my mind - a
Boston Brahmin perhaps? Did he talk like
this?
Admittedly, a Brahmin probably would have said 'No, thenk you."
