Hi all
I have been trying for 2 days to choose my seats on a BA flight. As I am now Bronze I need to enter my Marco Polo Gold FF number into Finnair (I have been advised) in order to choose my seat on BA.com
Every time I try on Finnair Manage Booking on various browsers the function quotes "The connection to the booking system is broken. Please try again later. (9102)"
Is this common? Is there any other way I can chose my seats on BA without entering my Marco Polo number somewhere? Do I need to enter it somewhere else? CX for example? Apologies for so many questions, I am new to MP Gold
