All comments are very honest, and I appreciate it. While I know the chance is a LONG SHOT considering I'm some lowly Elite Silver. But, it never hurts to try. I would imagine my BEST case would just to give me a locked price, rather than having to hunt every so many weeks for that 85 rate.
